  3. You are responsible for the return postage costs, as these are not reimbursed. You can choose the most convenient service for you. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

What to do if your purchase arrives damaged or is incorrect

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect working condition. However, if your item is damaged or incorrect:
